How can I contact you?

Fill out the 'Ask Us a Question' form under 'Contact Us' and we will get back to you. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours, but may take a little longer on the weekends.

When can I expect my order?

Orders will usually ship between 3-5 business days. It will take 5-10 business days to ship within Canada and slightly longer to the United States. International orders will take between 2-4 weeks.

What if I bought the wrong size?

We will exchange your shirt within 30 days of purchase less a $5.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

This can be arranged upon request. We will email you the shipping cost and you can decide.

I am having trouble placing my order? Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course! If we don’t answer the phone, please leave a message with your phone number and a convenient time to call and we will try to get back to you within 48 hours.

How do I pay for my order?

Fill in an online form and complete the required information. We will put together your order and email you an invoice. You pay this invoice through Paypal’s secure website. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank transfer or Paypal balance.

Do I need a Paypal account?

No, it is not necessary for you to have an account with Paypal in order to make a payment.
